What you'll be doing
Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

• Serve food and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation
• Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
• Take bookings and payments
• General cleaning of front and back of house
• Potwashing
• Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events
• Report to line manager any stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the working day
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

• Previous experience in cash handling desirable
• Application is subject to a successful DBS Check and Military Security Vetting.
