CJP Outreach Services provide social care and support to people with complex needs. we are looking for staff to support people who have complex health requirements, working in the individual’s home and supporting them in the community. Full training and support will be provided so, if you have the right values we would love to explore this opportunity with you!! We need staff who are committed, reliable, conscientious, and good communicators as these are important traits in the people we are looking for.
Support workers are a valuable part of our team, providing care and support to the fantastic people that we care for.
As a Support worker you will be part of a special team caring for people and helping them to live the best life possible in the community and their own homes.
