We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and vigilant security guard for this position.

- Ensure the safety and security of the building.
- Do patrols around the building.
- Ability to confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations when required.
- Follow instructions and procedures appropriately and with diligence.
- Work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way.
- Always remain vigilant. Report incidents to supervisors and management when required.
- Additional tasks as required.
Skills & Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, must aim to be at least 15 minutes before.
- Polite and courteous manner.
- A calm, assertive manner, to defuse potential conflict situations.
- Good observation skills, remaining alert to any potential issues.
Requirements:
- Security experience is required.
- A valid SIA License is mandatory.
