Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Leading on strategic development of the company for the EMEA remit
- Facilitating the roll out of employee initiatives
- Advising senior stakeholders on the full employee lifecycle, including the CEO
- Leading a team of Senior Managers, HR Business Partners and Managers
- Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices
- Proactively review processes and share recommendations and solutions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience as a HR Director, ideally within a Fintech/Technology industry
- Strong strategic skills, with savvy minded analytic skills
- Be an agile thinker, being comfortable with no 2 days being the same
