Are you looking for excellent PRICEWORK? (OTE) of £900 - £1800 per week, paid weekly.
Do you have proven experience of NEW BUILD? (flats and houses)
We need experienced sub-contractors to join us on a full-time basis, to cover our client sites in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
At Goring Electrical, we always thrive to deliver the highest standards on large-scale housing development projects and are proud that our clients are long-standing customers. As a leading electrical contractor based in the Southeast, we manage very busy client demands across several new build projects. For this reason, we need qualified sub-contractors to join us on a self-employed basis.
What you will do:
- You will manage first and second fix
- You will be responsible for commissioning
- You will handle testing (experience preferred but not essential)
What we need from you:
- You must be a qualified/JIB Electrician - that's non-negotiable
- You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within new-build housing (flat/houses)
- We will need to see references and qualification certificates
- You will work with us on a self-employed basis - either as a sole trader or as someone with your own limited company
- You will hold a valid ECS or Gold card
- As a contractor, you will provide your own tools and vehicle
- You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK
