From delicious Butter Chicken to Daal Makhani, traditional Chana Bhatura to Chaats, tasty Momos to Kebabs, and dazzling Gulabjamun to Kulfi, the delicacies that encompass the pulsating metropolis and vast flavours of Delhi are bursting with rich spices and piquancy.
Beautifully crafted by our world trained chefs, we serve a slice of Delhi’s rich ancient history with each dish, allowing you to literally eat like a King with a classic dining experience once enjoyed by the famous Mughal Empire.
Our menu boasts incredible combinations of tradition and culture, creating delectable cuisine that has outlived the very dynasties, sultanates and rulers whose influence shaped these dishes into what they are today.

Job description
1. Skilled in traditional cooking of Indian curry sauces and their applied dishes.
2. Good knife skills with sound knowledge of right cut of vegetables for traditional dishes.
3. Good team player able to follow the instruction of Head Chef.
4. Able to organise the section including, maintenance of equipment and cleaning as per the cleaning schedule.
5. Ensures material management that include, ordering, stocking and inventory of the ingredients required in the section.
6. Ensure relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
7. Any qualifications from UK or overseas in catering, cooking, kitchen, and restaurant management is preferred.
8. Over 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Salary: £26,000.00 per year
