Network Plus is now one of the UKβs leading utility and infrastructure providers, with offices and depots stretching from Carlisle to the South coast. We deliver services to clients and the public 24/7/365.
Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing the program of works to support us on our City Fibre contract. This includes ensuring all works at prebuild stage are identified and programmed in for delivery. Ensuring all works in delivery stage are risk managed and progressed through to completion with support of the field teams. The role also requires the ability to manage up to the Project Delivery with accurate updates; highlighting & mitigating risks to client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to:
Β· Develop and maintain a strategic programme of works closely and collaboratively with City Fibre
Β· Liaise with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to update and convey the strategic programme including resource and cost levelling
Β· Identify and track changes or potential changes to the agreed construction scope; ensuring that the relevant contract principles are applied and that the impacts are given immediate visibility to appropriate stakeholders
Β· Monitor and update Project and Programme information
Β· Be responsible for fortnightly submission of program to client
Β· Have overall responsibility of as built information gathering and completion ready to point of submission
Β· Have overall responsibility of pre-build information gathering for effective input into works program
Experience and Qualifications
Β· Extensive experience of working in telecommunications/utilities including civils, cabling & splicing program management
Β· Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning Software ideally MS Project
Β· Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, speedy real-time changes to cover βwhat if scenariosβ
