Role Overview & Responsibilities
ASPH Clinical Attachment Programme for 6 weeks.
The next programme is planned to start in September 2023.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for international medical graduates to undertake our Clinical Attachment Programme.
This programme is ideally suited to doctors who have already passed PLAB 1 and are soon expecting to gain their full GMC registration, or who are already registered with the GMC, but have no experience of working in the NHS. Those who successfully complete the programme will be offered and are expected to accept a Trust Grade Foundation level post at ASPH.
For the right candidates with appropriate postgraduate qualifications, sufficient clinical experience and the GMC Licence to Practise, following interview we may be able to offer straightaway FY1-level or FY2-level Trust Grade Doctor posts on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract, with the first 6 weeks of employment following the same pattern as the Clinical Attachment programme.
