Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Depending on Experience

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday

Overview

Hardman Grey Recruitment is currently seeking a Key Account Manager with experience in B2B accounts for the semiconductors/ microelectronics industry on behalf of our client.

The successful Key Account Manager will;

• Develop an understanding of customer operations and photomask needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure global sales are met by using sales plans and account strategies
• Budget and forecast customer activity
• Meet clients face to face in order to align future customer needs and requirements with the business strategy
• Nurture relationships with key decision makers by understanding the customer and organizational structure
• Work closely with manufacturing sites to provide technical solutions and quotations
• Create client progress reports
• Communicate with the operations and manufacturing teams for client requirements
• Organize business review meetings with clients
• Support marketing activities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
  

• At Least 3 years of sales experience
• Experience in a technical sales role, ideally in the semiconductor/ lithographic device industry
• Strong communication skills to build relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and self motivated to meet targets
• English and an additional language such as German would be an advantage

The role will require travel within the UK and Europe (at least 1 week per month) and some international travel may be required.
