About the job
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and creative marketing communications professional, with around 3 to 5 years’ experience in brand or digital marketing roles. You will have a strong understanding of marketing best practice, excellent copy writing skills and a genuine passion for delivering multi-channel campaigns and marketing communications.
This role will be based at our central Manchester office, with some home working if preferred. Team members currently work from the office 1 to 2 days per week, and at home 3-4 days.
Job description
In this interesting and varied role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of NICE’s brand and marketing campaigns. Using audience insights and campaign metrics to guide your approach, you will deliver engaging and user-focused campaigns. Working closely with our in-house graphic designer and external creative agencies, you will oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, bringing the NICE brand to life.
Using your excellent copywriting skills, you will work with colleagues from across the organisation to select, draft and proof content for our portfolio of email newsletters. You will evaluate and report on their performance, interpreting the data and making improvements to optimise engagement rates. You will also develop and implement plans to boost subscriber numbers.
The marketing communications executive has the freedom to work using their own initiative, with high levels of autonomy. The role reports directly to the marketing communications manager (content) and supports the brand and marketing communications manager on specific projects and programmes of work.
