we refurbish and re new many residential properties and we require a honest hardworking candidate to undertake such duties.
duties will include painting and decorating, tenancy repair, bathroom and kitchen fit outs
general refurbishments
own tools and transport will help

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds, LS9 7DU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
