A highly reputable Housing Association based in Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit a Locality Lead on a full time, permanent basis.

Location

Hybrid working onsite in Oxfordshire

Salary

£37,400 per annum

Main Responsibilities Of The Role

• Ensure the smooth running of the specialised housing team as well as providing essential customer focussed service
• Line management of 1x Housing Officer within their specified areas and coordinating the work of colleagues from other internal teams within their locality
• Provide high quality housing management services to residents and agencies
• Manage staff to ensure that their range of tasks are completed within legislative and or agreed timescales
• Effectively liaise with both internal and external customers to ensure a collaborative approach and service is provided
• To assume direct responsibility in respect of any more complex and/or sensitive issues relating to customers including managing complaints

Essential Requirements

• Substantial housing management experience
• Excellent customer skills, motivation and discipline to meet deadlines and targets
• Previous experience of managing staff in a busy environment
