G&E Murgatroyd Ltd. & G&E Murgatroyd NECS Ltd. are the Company Owned Stores divisions of James Hall & Co. Ltd. We currently operate over 150 SPAR stores across the North of England, which include Petrol filling stations, Post Offices, Butchery Units and Deli’s.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Retail Assistant in our store.

More About the Role

As a Cleaner you will be expected to provide a high quality cleaning service across all areas of the Store. You will be required to perform various scheduled cleaning duties in the store, toilets, office, and associated areas in order to maintain acceptable levels of appearance, cleanliness and hygiene.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

• To perform cleaning duties according to the schedules in each area of the store
• To ensure any health and safety hazards encountered are dealt with appropriately and/or referred to management
• To perform ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required
• To ensure that safe working practices are adhered to at all times
• To ensure that all areas listed above are clean and tidy
